This is a single strap to use with Blankof products such as the Eiffel pack, Double Clasp pack, fisherman bag and passport case. For the former two this is a securing strap to brace the shoulder straps such as on a hiking pack, for the latter two it can be used to secure it to the waist or shoulder.
